PRIVACY & INFORMED CONSENT

Therapy involves a confidential relationship with clear rights and responsibilities. Consent is an ongoing agreement that respects the client's autonomy and safety.

Therapy addresses personal issues, enhances insight, and provides coping strategies.

​

Confidentiality is prioritized, but exceptions apply, such as child protection or imminent harm.

​

Clients must arrive on time, give notice for cancellations, and follow payment policies.

​

Complaints should be discussed with the therapist or directed to regulatory bodies if necessary.

​

​

In emergencies, contact appropriate healthcare or crisis services.
